Cookie may look a little different, but don’t you dare feel sorry for her...because Cookie certainly doesn’t. This beautiful, petite dilute tortoiseshell girl is around 10 months old and is living proof that resilience can come in a tiny, adorable package. Cookie was found in the Ossian area after likely falling from a vehicle and suffering head trauma. She was left with a permanent head tilt and a dilated pupil in one eye. And Cookie’s response to all of that? Basically: “Okay… so anyway, what are we doing next?!” She doesn’t slow down. She doesn’t feel limited. She just sees life as one big adventure. Cookie is wildly social, fearless, and bursting with personality. She has a huge purr motor, loves being held, melts into scratches and pets, and is always ready to snuggle. She adores people and wants to be wherever the action is. She also has a hilariously naughty side. Need something knocked off your counter? Cookie’s got you. Need kitchen chore supervision? She’s on it. Need chaos in the form of zoomies and cat tree acrobatics? Cookie delivers. She is joyful, mischievous, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining—the kind of cat who fills a home with life. Cookie is looking for a family who will see what we see: not a cat defined by injury, but an extraordinary little girl with a giant spirit and so much love to give. 💕
